About Us

Polly was the first expansion to our team, covering Alastair's sabbatical in 2025. She is a Chartered Physiotherapist working within the NHS, specialising in Musculoskeletal (MSK) care.

Polly is a Cirencester local. She began her professional career in 2023 and since has gone on to train with the APPI as a Pilates teacher.

Outside of physiotherapy, Polly enjoys spending time in the gym, walking her two dogs and taking part in the local netball league.

About Us

Alastair is the founder of Cirencester Pilates and is a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal health. Alongside running Cirencester Pilates, he works as a physio at Dyer Street Clinic in Cirencester. Previously, he spent 8 years in the NHS across Gloucestershire.

Alastair is passionate about empowering people to take control of their health and wellbeing. He trained with the APPI and started teaching Pilates in 2018 in Stroud before moving to Cirencester.

If not in a clinic or Pilates studio, you can usually find Alastair playing or watching sport. He's an avid follower of Gloucester Rugby, is a keen traveller and enjoys spending as much time as possible by the sea!

Prices 💰

Here are all of our services and prices in one place.

Term lengths will vary from 5-7 weeks so one block could be £55, £66 or £77 depending on what term we're in.

Our evening classes run on a termly basis, so keep this saved somewhere safe so you know when to join us!

Bookings for term 4 will be released on our website in a couple of weeks, but if you'd just like to try a PAYG session then drop us a DM or send an email (as our website isn't yet clever enough to manage term bookings and PAYG bookings for the same class 🫣)

Day time classes currently run every Tuesday and Friday morning at 10am and 11am

You'll need to bring your own mat but all small equipment is provided (don't worry, we do have spare mats too).

Term Dates 🗓️

Bookmark this post to make sure you never miss a session! And maybe more importantly to make sure you don't turn up during a break week... 👀

For the rest of the year the plan is to carry on with 3 classes on a Monday and 4 classes on a Wednesday. Bookings are primarily made by term, but remaining spaces can be booked on a PAYG basis.

All classes are £10, have no more than 10 people in and are led by a physiotherapist trained by the APPI.
