We smashed it!!!!
Still can’t believe it!!
Thank you for all your support and words during our week of hell 💙🙏
This time last week, day 1, nobody knew what was coming, nobody knew we’d spend a week hair drying cycling short gussets at 7am on a Tuesday! Burning pizzas because we were to busy laughing so hard we couldn’t breathe! And not to forget the lads swimming cycling and running, hitting the wall multiple times a day, laughing so hard it hurt and then crying from the utter pain and mental challenges in the same sentence!!!!
This week has been amazing, please if you’ve not yet posted a comment to the lads do so, it means so much! And of course this has all been in the name of the Abel foundation, a charity now so close to all of our hearts, every penny makes a difference!
