Every Monday at 18:00 Yoga Class. This 1h Yoga Class starts with a breathing exercise, mudras practice - also called Yoga in your hands practice. This calming and mindful beginning of the class is followed by overal body warm up that leads to the main section of the class which has various asana practices more or less intense depends for studetns needs. At the end of each class there is well deserved relaxation section that may be vary each time for example - guided relaxation, breathing exercise or short Yoga Nidra with a Tibetan bowls sound bath . During this class we practice Hatha Yoga, Vinyasas, Power Yoga and some Kundalini yoga. Each class is a little bit different - tailored to students needs at that particular day giving alternative choices of asanas depends of students level. The group is not big, room is not crowded and atmosphere is family friendly with lots of support and joy. Come and join us
