Sunday morning marathon training but make it cute 🥰 with friends! A cheeky 20k in the bag and it was so wonderful to see the Cirencester 10k runners doing there thing! The town was alive with such an amazing atmosphere. Let’s go! 💪🏼🫶🏻💥

Age really is just a number!!!
This legend is 63 - he only started running 10 years ago! The cutest thing happened… so we kept running 🏃♀️ past each-other the whole half marathon. Then in the last 2k it felt like almost telepathically we both decided to start running together.
This guy kept me going at the end when I just wanted to stop as my feet were bleeding 🩸(RIP big toenails!)
We ran the final part together and then held hands over the finish line. The most wholesome moment. It honestly made my day. A random moment with a complete stranger.
So thank you Nigel! You’re an inspiration and proof that we can really do anything we put our mind too! We got that sub 2 hour together 💪🏼

I am really making a huge effort with my nutrition. I realised from all my marathon training I had lost so much strength and muscle 💪🏼 mass so now I am on a mission to get stronger again. Fuelling myself with lots of protein, carbs and veggies.
Not only that but to feel good on the inside too!
Making sure we have enough energy and good foods in us means our performance in all aspects of our life and mind can improve.
Eating well doesn’t have to be boring and it also means you can still eat all the things you love too! It’s all about balance! 💥
