Few quick shots of SOME of the new kit we have bought since opening 11 months ago to the day. This is just a TINY preview of what we have done.
Seated row machine - hits lower lats and mid back depending on grip used.
Side lateral raise - hits medial deltoid.
Seated incline plate loaded press - upper/middle pec and front delt.
Bicep/Tricep machine.
Barbells. (Multi function)
Glute machine.

We also have flyers at the gym so could members please come and take them into their workplace etc to spread the word
Toilets and showers being fixed as we speak
Please share with all members
Bathroom and toilet facilities at the gym out of order. Do not attempt to use. We are getting someone out ASAP but it is a weekend so please bare with us whilst we resolve this ASAP
Anyone trying to use these facilities until they are fixed please note we can see who walks in and out on CCTV
And don’t want to have to charge anyone or ban anyone for making the issue worse
