Hydro @ the Barn is a hydrotherapy, baby swimming and aquatic therapy centre set in a converted barn within the heart of East Lancashire, surrounded by 16 acres of open countryside and with stunning views towards Pendle Hill. The fully accessible, warm water pool provides a unique multi-sensory aquatic experience and is ideal for people with disabilities, health conditions, people who are recovering from injury, babies and young children. We offer our customers the opportunity to experience the healing powers of water and to enjoy our unique surroundings.

It is ÂŁ50 to hire the pool for the hour which includes changing time. You can have up to 8 people in the pool.

We have some rare availability for regular/ongoing sessions which are on Monday from 5.30 - 6.30 and Thursday from 1.45 ...

We have some rare availability for regular/ongoing sessions which are on Monday from 5.30 - 6.30 and Thursday from 1.45 - 2.45. Our facilities are completely accessible, and the pool is a perfect temperature of 33.5 degrees.

We’ve always known our little pool is a special place for many people and for so many reasons. True to our motto, “Since ancient times the healing powers of water have been recognised,” today we experienced a beautiful first. We had the absolute honour of hosting an adult baptism—a truly memorable occasion for everyone involved.
