This afternoon we made the trip out to Spilsby in what was a tasty encounter against their reserve team.
With a bare squad we gave a very good account of ourselves and were unfortunate to be on the losing end of a 2-0 scoreline.
A bizarre game with some strange decisions, but one which will prove a valuable learning opportunity for the lads.
Another game to get minutes in the legs and a match which proved that we have plenty to offer as we progress towards the start of the new season.
Thank you to our opponents, and best of luck to them for the season ahead.

Last night we hosted a very resilient Immingham AFC Reserves team.
In what was a very good run out for both teams it gave us a good opportunity to have a proper look at the new players we've added to the squad.
With Deano sunning himself on holiday it was left to Azza to get the lads up for it and to get the boys playing, which thankfully they did as they ground out a well fought result.
Goals from new boy Oscar Howell who impressed and the game sealed by Alex Boyd who worked hard for the team.
2-0 to the Trin lads and a good match to get us into the flow of pre season.
Thank you to our opponents, and best of luck to them for the season ahead.

The lads have been putting the graft in as we've increased the intensity of pre season training ready for some exciting and challenging friendly Fixtures over the next few weeks.
