After a shake up of the leagues, there's a few changes this year! While we say a sad goodbye to teams we've played for years, we also get to welcome new teams to Brunel 2 🏑

The new season also brings with it less teams in the division so teams will play each other 3 times across the season 🤝

It's a bank holiday weekend which can only mean 2 things:

🌧️ The British weather is back
🥅 The 2026/27 hockey season is round the corner!

With training starting from Tuesday 8th September, it's time to dust off the shin pads and dig your stick back out the cupboard! 🏑

If you're 13+ and looking to get into hockey, whether it be for the first time or picking it up after some time off, all abilities are welcome here at Clevedon Ladies! Just drop us a message for details to come and get involved! 😊

After 8 months of highs, lows, spectacular goals and formidable defensive displays, the 2025/26 season draws to a close 🏑

Our girls played their hearts out every week, giving each match everything they had. We're super proud of their efforts which resulted in us finishing 8th and seeing us remain in Brunel Division 2 for another year 💙💛

We concluded our winter league season with a rearranged match against . Our ladies worked very hard under the warm sun but came away with a 3-0 loss.

This weeks Player's Player vote ended in a tie, shared between our attack and defense! M Spackman moved the ball consistently and confidently to keep the pressure on Bath's defense whilst C Becker switched from her usual position as goalkeeper to play outfield and contributed her strong defensive capabilities to keep Bath's attack away from goal 💛💙
