On Monday the 3rd of October we will be starting our brand new DEKA FIT program.
We are the UK’s very first DEKA FIT affiliate and are excited to bring the program and it’s training methodology to the North West.

If you are looking to switch up your exercise and want to try something new we are offering a limited amount of exclusive DEKA FIT memberships.
