Last half term at nursery we took a small group of children to Leaping Lizards to have some Little Ninjas sessions. Little Ninjas is a martial arts group and Graham the instructor was great at helping support and teach children respect, manners, being kind, helping and being a team. Leaping Lizards Play Centre

As grading week comes to a close the team want to say a massive well done to all who graded and passed this week. Amazing performances 💥

CONGRATULATIONS to our newest First Degree Black Belts, Second Degree Black Belts, and - for the first time in Valley Martial Arts history - a Third Degree Black Belt! 🥋👊💥

Achieving these incredible milestones requires tremendous commitment, perseverance, discipline, physical fitness, and years of consistent training. It takes showing up week after week, month after month, and refusing to quit when things get tough.

A truly excellent weekend and thoroughly deserved accolades for everyone involved. We couldn't be prouder. 🙂🥋

It’s been a pleasure bringing our Little Ninjas classes to this wonderful pre-school, and we’re really looking forward to being back in a few weeks.

Our Little Ninjas class is a 30-minute, fast-paced, super-fun session designed especially for pre-school children aged 3–5.

Through a variety of exciting games and activities, children develop important physical skills such as strength, fitness, agility, balance, and coordination.

At the same time, they begin building valuable life skills including patience, sharing, taking turns, playing fairly, honesty, perseverance, self-control, and confidence - among many others.

Alongside delivering these sessions in pre-schools and play centres such as Leaping Lizards Play Centre, we also run our own Little Ninjas classes every week at our Academy on Tuesday afternoons at 4:30pm.

These classes are designed to build the foundations of a strong character - both physically and mentally - and to give children the best possible start in life.
