1-1 PT sessions going troops give me a shout and get on this ASAP

Troops it’s mad to say but the beginning of this year my life wasn’t the best.

Fast forward 8 months and I’m living my best life and have the best people around me.

On that note also I’ve got availability there for the gym also I’m now freeing up more space and making more availability as I have more time on my hands to spare.

If anyone’s interested in a 6am session let me know! As well as a morning slot for weekends from 8am-12pm!
