Good evening folks! 👋

Just a wee post to say a massive thanks to everyone who came along to today’s monthly shoot. Great to see some new faces having their first go with us, and also some familiar faces who’ve been kept busy over the last few months — we’ve missed you! 😊

We even managed to dodge the rain that was forecast, so all in all it was a belter of a day for a shoot — nice and dry with only a wee breeze to contend with! 🎯

Some cracking scores went into the office today, so well done to everyone who took part. 👏

The club is also looking at putting on a 100-bird shoot soon, spread over 12 stands, with the option for anyone who doesn’t fancy the full 100 to just shoot the 50-bird layout.

More details to follow once we get everything sorted.

Thanks again to everyone who came along today — always great to see the club busy and everyone enjoying themselves.

I know a few of our members are keen game shooters too , so with the partridge season starting on Tuesday , why not come down on Sunday (30th , 10.30-13.00 ) and get the cobwebs blown off the gun .

Don’t worry if you don’t already have a team , we will sort you out with one .

You are welcome to use your own cartridges but they must be FIBRE wad .

Cartridges available to purchase as usual .

10am kick off until 1pm

Want to make the most of the lighter evenings at our shooting grounds? Then our Late Night Shoot is for you!

The next in our series of summer late nights shoots, where you can experience a challenging 50 bird open clay shoot within the relaxed atmosphere of Bisley at Braidwood, is on Thursday 30th July 2026. All shots welcome.

⏰ Entry from 3pm, last entry 6pm.

I'd like to thank everyone who attended today's shoot. It was a fantastic turnout, and once the shower passed over, the weather was great. It was brilliant to hear that everyone enjoyed the layout. None of it would have been possible without the club's wee team, whose hard work and dedication make days like this happen. Thank you all for your support—we really appreciate it!
