Afternoon All
All classes on as usual this week with the exception of Simply Stretch tonight.
Tony Jewell will be your coach at running 6.30pm as I'll be travelling back from the World Rowing Masters Champs, Lake Bled, Slovenia.

Hello!
I hope you've all had a great summer.
Geoff and I have been out and about on the fells a bit and have (finally) completed the Wainwrights. Our last walk was from Wasdale, up Lingmell, Scafell Pike, Scafell and onto Slightside.

The photo with both of us is from Slightside and the one of me is on Lingmell. It was about 8am on Lingmell, and windy!

Tuesday 1st September
We start back next Tuesday with a full timetable.

Tuesday
9.15am: Muster run as it's the first Tuesday of the month
4.30pm: Circuits, Methodist Hall, C/M
5.50pm: Core, Methodist Hall, C/M

Wednesday 9.15am: Core, Methodist Hall, C/M
Thursday 6pm: Muster Run

Cockermouth First Responders will be at both our parkruns this week, so please encourage your friends along.
This will be an opportunity for people to have a go at CPR (cardio pulmonary resuscitation) and use of a defibrillator. I'll be taking the opportunity to practice . So join if you can.

From 8.45am at Bellbrigg Lonning playfield.
Saturday 1st 8.45 until roughly 9.45am
Sunday 2nd August 8.45am until roughly 9.30am

Running: 6pm LHC: 60'/90' Muster this evening plus the final R2R. It's a warm one, so please ensure you're well hydrated before class. Caps and sunglasses are always a good option too. 90': consider carrying a small drink with you.

We'll all be starting together, R2R as well.
Then the 90' group will carry on 🙂

Running tonight/tomorrow morning
Right team... tonight: It looks like the weather could throw anything at us, so please ensure you've enough layers. Dress for winter! Particularly if you're on the fell with me.

Remember: Stretch/Mobility at 8pm this evening via Zoom.

Tomorrow 9.15am however, looks perfect!

Morning All!
60/90' Muster Run this evening...
It's perfect conditions! It's not often I say that. So do come and join us for any amount of time up to 90'.

Dale View route to begin with then Parklands reverse.
Hazel will lead the 60' group home, I'll be with the 90' group.

See you at 5.55pm for a 6pm start. :)
