Tuesday Night at Colchester Sports Park

14 out tonight, with Jack joining us to be put through his paces. There was definitely no holding back, particularly on my part 😂

Everyone pushed through some seriously tough challenges (sprints, squat jumps with jumping split lunges and wall sits) with 100% effort. I’m sure Jack appreciated the extra tyre pulls and the added slam ball with the CTF burpees.

Pretty sure there’ll be some sore legs tomorrow 🦵

Well that was a fun bootcamp! Some suspicious rep counting, questionable kettlebell technique and a rant about burpees 😂

Having said that, a lot of grafting to get high numbers of reps done in the time it took the timer to complete their 0.6km run.
