Hi all!
Please see the important message below from Richard Smith, this has also been circulated to members past and present for whom we have email addresses.
Hi all
Just to let to know we now have a new insurance company which covers juniors/ adults when shooting at the club.
Richard and Jason have been hard at work removing fallen trees and clearing lanes so the ground is look good. πππThe lanes are all now clear to shoot.
At the moment membership is low, we only have 12 paid members compared to 28 last year. If there is anybody who hasn't paid their membership and want to, could they please pay as soon as possible . We are in danger of running short on funds which could mean there is a possibility for the club to close. I know due to other commitments/ just life in general it's not always possible for people to attend regular. Unfortunately if we do not use the club we will lose it.
It would be great if you could just let me know your intentions regarding membership, to give us an idea of numbers going forward this year.
Regards Richard

A beautiful bank holiday Monday at CVAGC, scorchio..π₯΅!
Another trip primarily for filming YouTube content, with a budget springer. There may be a few refreshments meeting an untimely and spectacular demise..π€£.

Just home from the outdoor filming part of this week's YouTube footage at Colne Valley Airgun Club. Weather was mostly lovely, a very short rain shower that mostly didn't reach us under the canopy did nothing to dampen spirits!
I had the Mercury Cadet out today using the Diopter sights on reactive targets.

Brrrr! That was a chilly one!
A last minute re-plan was needed as I wanted to film some precision group shooting for my YouTube channel with the Scorpion today, but the inconsistent strong gusting bitterly cold head/crosswind made that impossible, so I opted for one about wind susceptibility of different pellet weights/types.

It's the weekend!
The sun is shining!
What better way to relax and enjoy it, than with a bit of informal target shooting with legal air guns in a beautiful woodland setting?
Our range is open every Sunday from 9-2 and we welcome new members.
If you are interested in popping along to see what we do, please follow the instructions in the pinned post at the top of the club page prior to your first visit. We look forward to seeing you!

With the AGM completed, it was time for some shooting, then some YouTube filming with my Mercury "Cadet".
Lovely day, a little breezy, but very pleasant!
Check out the bluebells!
