On Monday evening our U12 Red’s visited Colchester Fitness Centre. Coaches Mark and Vicky put the boys through their paces with a session that included, wall balls, sumo deadlift high pulls, box jumps, push press and rowing. A big thank you to CrossFit DireWolf Kids and Teens. More pictures to follow!

After the huge success of our Race Night, we're hoping this will be just as enjoyable and successful. There will be cash prizes up for grabs, with all remaining proceeds going straight back into the club to support the opening of the Pavilion at our amazing home ground clubhouse.

We're looking for a defensive-minded player to join our squad for the upcoming season in the Colchester & District Youth Football League C Division.

⚽ Train on a quality 4G surface⚽ Play home matches on our grass pitch in Eight Ash Green⚽ Great facilities, with significant investment in the playing surface already planned.
