In the build up to the 5th Birthday of CWL we'd like to give a big shoutout 👏 to .p201 Aka Ash.

Ash has been with us from the start and has had great results in competitions both national and international.

He's an asset to CWL as he makes everyone who shows up to training feel welcome and included.
Recently he's come out the other side of injury (diligently working on rehab) and had a return to form with these two PB lifts:

Clean and Jerk 138kg
