It is with regret that due to a lack of volunteers, we must announce that the Langham 10K will not take place in 2025.

Boxted Runners are delighted to announce the return of our popular and fun “Zero to 5k” Absolute beginners running course! 🌟 If you think you can’t run a 5k, this is definitely for you!

No experience is required in running, we will show you how it’s done and how it can be achieved in a fun, welcoming and supportive environment!

Starting on 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟖:𝟑𝟎 𝐚𝐦 @ 𝐁𝐨𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥

You will progress over the 12 weeks from a slow walk run to completing your first 5k by week 10 and then grow in confidence over the final few weeks joining the Boxted Runners 5k group for the final two weeks of the course.

After each session, you can join the coach and other Boxted Runners at Harpers Caffe for a coffee and chat.

Langham 10k, 5k and Fun Run

There are just a few hours to go until this year's Palmer & Partners Langham 10k, 5k & Junior 2k. Hopefully, the rain showers will stay away !

We are completely sold out again this year.

Boxted Runners look forward to hosting you next week. Race Packs were emailed out to everyone on Friday who had entered by then. Race numbers can be picked up on Race Day from 7:45.
