colchester knights kickboxing club hosting lessons on monday and thursday evenings, catering for ages from 8 yrs and above, all skill levels welcome from complete beginner to advanced fighter, belt gradings and competition fighting arranged or just train for fitness and fun, very friendly atmosphere, equipped with mats, bags, pads and gloves
