Aerial Silks, Aerial sling and Aerial Hoop classes Aerial School 🎪🎪🎪

We have now been running for 12 years.

We cater for all ages. We have separate classes for our little mini’s, teenagers and adults.

You do NOT need any upper body strength to start. We work by levels starting off basic and you build alongside the levels.

If you would like to book yourself or your child into a taster session we have spaces available (£10 taster session)

Tuesday 830pm - Pole Fitness, aerial silks and hoop
