Little throw back to 7 years ago. To a fun work out, the day after a comp. I remember working hard the year after this to push more size and improve weaker areas. Was good condition here though, maybe the leanest I’ve been.

Whey of choice. ON Hydro Whey. High protein content per serving, low lactose, low sugar/ fat. Easy on the digestion and quick absorption. At least one serving per day to boost my protein.
Nothings ever perfect. But don’t let anything put you off your own path of progress / success. Embrace the disappointments, the let downs - if it was easy everyone would do it. Keep the energy up, slowly but surely, get what you work for.
