GP1 Talevera 🇪🇸
This week the team made their way to Spain for the first round of the World Sidecarcross Championship!
QUALI
The weekend started off great with a 7th place finish in group A Qualifying race,This gave us 13th gate pick for the main heats.
RACE 1
After a great charge out of the gate we came into turn 1 in 3rd place but came together with another team who were pushed wide resulting us in having a heavy crash. Thankfully Gary and Lewis were okay and dusted themselves off and finished 24th!
RACE 2
Another great start seen Gary and Lewis in 7th but with feeling the effects from their earlier crash they couldn’t stick the pace and dropped to 13th at the flag!
OVERALL 18th
Not the weekend we had hoped for but taking away the positives and experiences and looking forward to another go next weekend in Portugal 🇵🇹
