Birch Estate Simulated Shoot

Over the years I have been sent pictures of the Birch Estate hats …. I was just wondering to see if anyone’s has traveled further than this one? I think a bottle of champagne for the most traveled hat!

We have been given some of this 100% biodegradable clays today from they said that they will go 20% further than an old style clay! We gave it a go this afternoon and we found that they go even further! And when you hit them there are completely obliterated! Very satisfying ! And the best part is they come in any colour top and bottom! Also made in Essex!

Cracking shots and cracking guns yesterday! So lucky with the weather.

Just getting ready for two full days back on back! Not much room left on the gator! Looks like we have the weather to happy sunny days

Just a quick behind the scenes post. If it was not for all the people who one does not see doing their job making the most fun day for everyone. Here is Steve who has been here at Birch since 1982! Over 40 years of helping and nurturing the estate. One of his many jobs is running the traps for the simulated game shooting.

What a fantastic charity day in aid of a very worthy cause supporting seriously ill children. We all had a huge amount of fun. .b

Bright sunny day! We will soon be in shirt sleeve again but a glorious day to have drinks outside.

Have a go clay shooting. Year 4 from hopefully they will be ready for the IAPS clay competition in a few years time. Next generation coming along. All did very well with the help of our coaches. in the country side
