I like this article and a bit different view on goals and their setting as everybody's different and unique so setting goals may not work for everyone (in some or all aspects of their life). Every single person simply needs to find their own way towards satisfaction, fulfillment and happiness :-)

Amazing effort and result, Rachel De Buc, during your today's session! Full of strength and energy! 473reps of KB and bodyweight exercises completed, which is an excellent progress compared to 415 last time - big well done to you! (y) :-)
Wet and slippery workout with Rachel @ Highwoods Park this morning - especially mountain climbers and scissors thrusts were a bit more of a challenge :-)
We "played" a little game during which she hit all her muscles numerous times and the hill runs didn't make it any easier :-)
Excellent work, Rachel! And you had a lot more in the tank! ;-)
