Any child aged 12-16 year old!(we can show leeway a year or two if they’re competent and responsible)

-Gain confidence in a gym facility
-Develop Strength, Power and co-ordination to help with any other sports or hobbies

Everybody gets a Free Trial!
Thereafter classes are sold in packs:
5 for £40 or 10 for £75

𝗜𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲?
Our classes are coached by experienced and highly qualified coaches, in a private facility

We’ll start learning the lifts with PVC pipes and develop on to lighter technique bars.

We’ll always look for consistent mechanics in the athletes, before adding load!
