Each year they get bigger and better, last Octobers went down a storm, with a new central platform. Photographer and videographers on site, freshly baked Pizza, Coffee on tap, music blaring the whole day, and of course YOU GUYS! 🕺🏻

-Gain confidence in a gym facility by being coached through the two Olympic lifts as well as all elements of gym training

We’re based inside behind Peartree Road.

Thereafter all memberships allow unlimited use of classes, open gym, and there’s no 6 or 12 month contracts!
Prices vary from £40 to £50 depending if you’re emergency services or a student or not.

Our classes are coached by experienced and highly qualified coaches, in a private facility

We’ll start learning the lifts with PVC pipes and develop on to lighter technique bars. 🏋🏻‍♀️

We’ll always look for consistent mechanics in the athletes, before adding load!
