🎄 A Little Christmas Magic in the Pool…

This week at Clacton County High School, the pool’s been filled with giggles, splashes and a whole lot of Christmas cheer ✨

In this video, you’ll spot JJ, one of our lovely instructors, doing what he does best — creating fun, engaging lessons while helping swimmers build confidence and skill in the water 🏊‍♂️💙

It’s moments like these that remind us what swimming lessons should feel like:
small classes, friendly faces, plenty of encouragement and lots of smiles along the way.

As we head towards Christmas, it’s lovely to see the pool buzzing with energy, laughter and progress — the perfect mix of learning and fun.

💙 A Little Swimmer’s Journey…and a very proud moment for us !

When this lovely 5-year-old first joined us, she was really nervous in the water. She didn’t like floating or putting her face in, and lessons felt a bit scary for her. Funny enough, she’d happily jump in on holiday with her family — but in lessons, it was a very different story!

Tracie, her teacher, knew exactly how to help. She took things slowly, making sure every little step felt safe and encouraging. Bit by bit, her confidence started to shine through.

Fast forward to now — and what a difference! She’s swimming 5 metres on both her front and back, even starting to show early back crawl in the video. And the best part? She’s jumping in — all smiles, no fear. 🥰

It’s such a joy watching children go from nervous beginnings to confident little swimmers. That’s what it’s all about — helping them fall in love with the water at their own pace. 💦
