Only 7 years old and he shot 82ex100 at S***t

A huge well done to Theo Green, who was presented with the Shooter’s Trophy after this year’s English Open S***t at Northampton SG 👏🏆

The Shooter’s Trophy is awarded at the discretion of the host ground to someone who has truly impressed or inspired during the championship, and this year Theo did exactly that.

At just 7 years old, Theo shot an outstanding 82x100 with confidence well beyond his years, earning the admiration of those watching.

We’re pleased to say Theo is one of the Eriswell/CPSA sponsored shooters and we’re sure this is only the beginning of his journey in the sport.

Making the moment even more special, the trophy was presented by Ben Woodham, who received the same award a few years ago when Eriswell previously hosted the English Open S***t.

Next Shoot is Sunday 12th April

The Government has confirmed that the sale and use of lead shot for recreational target shooting will be banned from 1 April 2029.

The CPSA will work closely with grounds, members, and manufacturers to ensure the transition is safe and clearly communicated.

A burglary took place yesterday in Braintree where the following shotguns were stolen:

12b ATA serial number TR19-512547
20B ATA serial number 21-S52584
12B WI******ER serial number 11HMP05932

It is believed the address was targeted for the shotguns.

We have information involving the criminal use of Air Tags. Air Tags are being placed on vehicles at shooting events, to then locate addresses to commit burglaries.

I am requesting your help to spread awareness to certificate holders to regularly scan fi****ms and vehicles to check for Air Tags especially when leaving shooting event/club locations.
One app that will scan for air tags is Airguard.

Any information regarding the stolen guns please contact police immediately.
