Our next Self Defence for Women and Girls workshops are available to book now!
On both October 17th and December 5th we will be holding womens and then girls workshops.
In these 1.5 hour workshops you will learn foundation defence skills such as:
- Palm Strikes
- Groin Kicks
- How to block punches, grabs and hits
- How to escape a wrist grab
+ more
You will also learn what the law says about self defence, how to practice situational awareness and how to set and enforce boundaries.
These workshops are totally beginner friendly and are designed to leave you feeling stronger, more powerful and worthy of feeling safe.
No experience needed
No fitness level required

Dance besties for life 💕
I always love starting my week with my smallest dancers but this week it was extra special to see them all sitting together in the snug.
They really are developing the cutest friendship 😍
