What an awesome start to the 2026/27 season. Absolutely perfect conditions saw everyone out on the water enjoying being back in the boats, or for some, getting out for their first proper training session as a rower.

Our Masters have been busy throughout the summer, which has allowed new members to gain some valuable experience over the past few weeks. They're already looking forward to the start of Head season.

Good luck to all our members who will be receiving exam results tomorrow and next Thursday.

Our second summer Learn to Row programme had some decidedly autumnal weather this week but luckily the river allowed us to get some new faces out on the water. The kids were put through practice sessions on the ergs, dry land and finally out in boats with some of our current athletes helping. The week was enjoyed by all and we hope to see everyone back at Bann for the new season arriving soon. A massive shout out to all the coaches and current members who helped to make both weeks such a success.
