Next ‘One Mile an Hour’ session on Wednesday.
Tomorrow morning at 10am we will be hosting a charity workout at The Apeiron Project to raise funds for a maternity hospital in Ukraine, we have a direct link to that hospital through one of our Ukrainian members.
If you would like to come along please do, we may be training outdoors so bear that in mind.
If you can’t make it and wish to donate just give Paul Cullen or Richard Lappin a shout and we can make that happen as well.
