🤸‍♀️ ACRO vs GYMNASTICS — WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?
We get asked this ALL the time, so we thought we’d explain! 👀💫

❤️🤍 GYMNASTICS focuses on developing individual gymnastics skills, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and technique across apparatus such as floor, beam, bars and vault. Gymnasts work through progressive skills and levels, building confidence and control as they develop.

💙💛 ACRO combines gymnastics-based skills with dance, performance and choreography. Classes can include tumbling, balances, flexibility, handstands, partner work, strength and conditioning, as well as performance and musicality.

At Nouveau, we’re proud to offer both Acro AND Gymnastics, and the two can complement each other brilliantly.

In fact, if your child is interested in gymnastics but you’re currently waiting for a space, Acro is a fantastic place to start! 🤸‍♀️

❤️ Our Nouveau Gymnastics classes are currently pretty much FULL, with limited availability and a waiting list in place.

What a crazy busy year we have had! Thank you so much for everyone's support this year and all of the lovely cards and presents we have received.

We are busy running holiday clubs with for the next 3 weeks. I will still be in touch with everyone over the summer holidays 😀

When we received our exam results we were over the moon that all of our pupils had all received Distinctions 🙌

We the on found out that 3 of our lovely girls have been nominated for the Junior Theatre Awards with the IDTA. Well done Elsie-May, Jess and Orla

Along with Scarlett and Lola for their modern and freestyle nominations that's 7 nominations so far this year.
