I wanted to write this for absolutely anyone who just wants to get moving after the lockdown period!
We have realised a lot of people in general have been feeling restless and in need of some extra activities other than going to the gym or a run/walk etc...
That’s why we’re now offering a dance/fitness classes which will be guaranteed to give you amazing results.
