Had an a great day at the Atomic Bowl yesterday. Thanks to Lancashire Bombers Flag Football for organising. Was a tough day but we got better as the day went on coming away with a win in our final game.

Tonight we join the Lancashire Bombers Flag Football for a joint session and a little game.
It'll be warm but no doubt will be a great way to spend our Thursday :-)

We have entered the Atomic Bowl in September so there is no better time to join the Burnley Tornados Adult Flag Team
Training every Saturday 11.30-1pm
No experience necessary
There will be no adult flag training this week.
We return next week(18th June) at 11.30am

Did you know, an hour playing flag football can burn 544 calories!
That's nearly 100 more calories than swimming so not only is it a great sport, it's a good way to stay fit
Yesterday at training we had 3 new players. All three are completely new to playing American football but came along and had a great training session and a good laugh.

Open to both male & female as Flag Football is a co-ed sport.
