Is there anyone who actually enjoys Bulgarian split squats? I definitely donโt but needs must ๐คข
Top tips:
- Make sure your back foot isnโt directly behind your front foot. It needs to be next to it not behind.
- Keep the weight in your front heel
- Engage your core
- Slightly tilt forward bringing your chest over your toes
- Find a spot to focus on to help keep your balance
- Take it slow! Slow = better control

Do you have a go to protein?
I have tried so many proteins, like, so many ๐
But I always end up returning to BSN syntha 6. It is my all time favourite! 22g protein per scoop, 200 calories and 2-3G sugar depending on the flavour ๐
