Meet My Client, Elena
Elena approached me after winning my six-week personal training competition.
At the start, her primary goals were to build muscle, lose fat (body recomposition), and gain a solid understanding of the fundamental principles of training.
Fast forward six weeks, and Elena has made remarkable progress in her fitness journey. She has not only developed a deeper understanding of training principles but has also achieved impressive results in muscle building and fat loss. The significant changes in her body measurements, alongside her improved fitness test results, truly reflect her hard work 💪.
This success is a testament to Elena's unwavering dedication, consistently showing up and giving 100% to every workout she undertook 👊.
I would like to take this moment to thank Elena for allowing me to be a small part of her fitness journey. It has been a genuine pleasure working with you 🙏😃.

Special Offer to Celebrate International Women’s Day 🎉
I feel a strong responsibility to acknowledge that I have a unique opportunity to help dismantle the barriers preventing women from embarking on their fitness journeys. It's disheartening to learn that 73% of women report feeling uncomfortable in a public gym. My goal is to challenge this troubling statistic by empowering women with the knowledge and confidence they need to realise that they, too, deserve to reap the rewards of exercise.
Let me assist YOU in starting or enhancing
your fitness journey today‼️

CLIENT PROGRESS UPDATE
Meet Ellie
Ellie approached me about eight weeks ago with the goal of building strength, reducing inches from her waist and hips, and most importantly, developing consistency and confidence in the gym. Additionally, she sought assistance in cultivating a healthier relationship with food.
Fast forward to today, and in this brief time, she is beginning to notice changes in her shape and strength. More importantly, Ellie is starting to feel more at ease in the gym environment, empowered with the knowledge to train confidently. She has also made significant progress in improving her relationship with food.
This success has been made possible by working together to set small, manageable goals, ensuring the process is not overwhelming and the steps to achieving her goals feel realistic. Furthermore, her dedication to giving 110% in every training session, even on days she may not feel like it, has been commendable. 👊💪

I very rarely post vulnerable content here, but I feel this is an important message to share, hoping it helps others who can relate. ❤️
As a personal trainer (PT) over the years, I’ve often heard people say things like, “I want to look like you” and “You make everything look easy.” The reality is that it’s easier for me to maintain relative consistency with my training because I have the constant accountability of doing it for a career. This isn’t the case for others who don’t do it as a career, as they have to juggle life’s responsibilities. For example, some people work all hours to provide for their families, leaving them exhausted and understandably struggling to motivate themselves to go to the gym after a long, hard shift. So, when you compare yourself to someone else, remember they may not be carrying the same life pressures as you.
Furthermore, I want to emphasise that even as a PT, I struggle a lot. I may look like I’m doing great, but like a lot of people I only share a small percentage of my journey that I want you to see. However, I’m going to share more of what you don’t see now
My journey, like everyone else’s, isn’t straightforward; it’s full of ups and downs. One of my more recent example’s would be that I’ve been struggling mentally due to feeling like I’ve lost my sense of purpose in life. I feel like I’m not at the stage of life that I should be at compared to others. Most of my friends and family are in relationships, have kids, own houses, are driving, and excelling in their careers. I’ve been very self-critical, thinking I might never find someone because I’m not good enough, that I must be a bad person because I didn’t get that promotion I wanted, and feeling isolated and alone because I don’t feel like I fit in. What didn’t help was that with my ADHD, I feel things extremely, and when I’m feeling low, all my body wants to do is release dopamine to make me feel happier. In those moments, I seek short-term fixes like sweets and chocolate, which, as we know, isn’t the healthiest, but in the moment, all I want to do is feel like I’m not drowning in emotions. The point I’m trying to make is that even with all the knowledge to make informed decisions, I still make the wrong choices sometimes, and that’s because some things aren’t as straightforward as simply choosing not to make those bad choices. In addition, this all stemmed from the fact I compared my journey to everyone’s else’s around me, which you should never do.
Overall, I hope you understand that everyone is different and has their own barriers along their journeys. Concentrate on your journey and take the path that’s right for you, not the path you think someone else you’re comparing yourself to is on. ❤️ Most importantly, don’t beat yourself up over every bad decision because you’re only human. ❤️

CLIENT PROGRESS UPDATE;
Meet Anthony,
Anthony has been with me for over a year now. When he started, his primary goals were to build a better relationship with himself, lose weight, and build more strength. However, the path to progress wasn’t straightforward. He had multiple injuries that needed to be factored in when planning the roadmap to reach his fitness goals.
Fast forward to now, he’s come a long way towards achieving his goals. This is because he’s open-minded about trying new ways to see what works best for him. He now trains because he wants to, not because he has to. But more importantly, his unwavering efforts to remain resilient despite having every reason not to be, this is one of the many reasons he is a remarkable individual.
There were times when we disagreed, and there were times when he could have allowed the negatives of a situation to impact his progress. Instead, he learned to concentrate on the positives, which shows how his mindset has changed for the better.
Lastly, I want to say that Anthony is one the most caring and kind-hearted individuals that I’ve ever met. He touches the lives of everyone around him in such a positive way. It’s a privilege to be able to help him see this, and it’s one of the main reasons why I do my job for a living.
RESULTS:
⭐️ Weight from 128kg to 111kg (NEARLY 3 STONE LOST)
Measurements:
⭐️ Hips from 49.9inch to 41.2inch (LOSS OF 8.8INCH)
⭐️ Waist from 49inch to 41.6inch (LOSS OF 7.4INCH)
⭐️ Chest from 49.6inch to 45inch (LOSS OF 4.6INCH)
⭐️ Left arm from 13.2inch to 11.5inch (LOSS OF 1.7INCH)
⭐️ Right arm from 13inch to 11.5inch (LOSS OF 1.5INCH)
Lastly, I want to congratulate Anthony on all his progress. You should be incredibly proud. Thank you for letting me be a part of your story.❤️

Meet Anna,
When Anna started working with me, she had two main goals: to build knowledge and consistency in the gym and to feel mentally and physically stronger.
Fast forward to the present, and she has smashed these goals out of the park! Although we faced some challenges, Anna understood that progress isn’t linear. Some months may not be as good as others, but the ability to bounce back is what builds the most growth. This is why Anna has managed to reach her fitness goals and discovered how to train with purpose, allowing her to continue progressing. 😁👊
RESULTS:
Measurements:
⭐️ Hips from 33.3 inches to 30.9 inches
⭐️ Waist from 31.5 inches to 30.1 inches
Fitness Tests:
⭐️ Plank test (measuring core strength) from 1 minute 01 seconds to 2 minutes 06 seconds
⭐️ Treadmill run (distance travelled in kilometres in 10 minutes) from 0.84 kilometres to 1.65 kilometres
⭐️ Ruler drop test (measuring reaction time) from an average of 4.2 inches to 3.2 inches
Lastly, I would like to say a massive congratulations to Anna on all her progress! You should be super proud. Thank you for letting me be a part of your journey. ❤️💪
