🎯⚽️ It was great to see our friends from Burnley United Ladies FC on Friday night for their pre arranged social event.

Players and friends enjoyed a couple of hours of hosted darts based fun games and challenges, suiting everyone involved, before taking a break to allow some pizza to help soak up the booze 😂 🍻

After the food break we cracked on with our popular in house party competition with a Skylight Darts trophy and framed photo up on our wall of fame/shame at stake.

With the drinks, friendly slating and good and not so good darts all flowing and throwing it eventually all led to a surprisingly tense latter stage group of matches which would see Nigel up against the quiet and unassuming Georgia 🤔

Despite G’s best efforts (on and off the board) 😂 it would be Nigel securing a closely fought victory to round off a great, laughter filled enjoyable night.

Thank you for giving us a great night and laugh too 👍
Hopefully see you all back here soon! 🎯

🎯 Good to see familiar faces alongside a couple of new ones at our junior competition last night.
As usual a decent standard on display from everyone of all ages.

With our random group draw throwing up some great pairings it was no surprise to see some excellent quality matches throughout. This resulted in a much closer affair than normal for those looking to progress to the latter stages.

The quarter finals draw saw a couple of surprising outcomes with all players putting on a show of quality scoring as well as quite a few ton plus finishes.

Eventually we would see a semi final line up including Cody v Archie and Ole v Josh.

Yet again each player had to be at their best to progress and it would be the brothers, Cody and Josh who would prevail yet again to go head to head in the final.

After both lads playing really well in the early stages it was no surprise each leg of the final would see both trying to get that winning double in every leg.
Ultimately it was Cody who would take the win on the night. 👏🏻🏆

Well done to both lads and also well done to all the girls and boys involved for giving us another great junior competition. 👏🏻

Remember, we have our Saturday junior club every week from 11am-1pm! Everyone aged 8-17 is welcome to join. £5 for the session 🙂
