For all you girls we have a self-defence class 7:00-8:00pm today, this is not the usual full on martial arts class, this is purely a get me out of a situation and safe.

All ages and physical abilities encouraged
further class times Thursday 6:00-7:00 pm, Saturday 10:00-11:00 am
