We’re doing something a little different this October, and we only have 8 spaces.

We’ll start at MOUV at 9:15am with an hour of Pilates — 30 minutes Reformer + 30 minutes Mat, swapping halfway, with Jess & Seren .

Then we’ll walk down to Colwyn Bay beach for our 11am Casgen Sauna, with an optional sea dip for anyone who fancies it.

And of course, Lucy will be on hot chocolate afterwards ☕️

Then we’ll all walk back up to the studio, where the cars are parked.

Pilates, a good walk, sauna, optional sea dip and hot chocolate. Just a really nice Sunday morning together 🤍

Rachel is fully pre & postnatal trained and we keep this class really small, so every mum gets individual, almost 1:1 attention.

We have 4 spaces tomorrow morning.

All MOUV packages can be used, or simply PAYG at £20.

Free parking • Lift access • And because it’s the summer holidays, all children are welcome — babies, toddlers and older siblings too 🤍

Come as you are. Bring the kids. We’ll make it work.
