LONDON!!! As we drop into Autumn I’m delighted to be offering the depths of my 1:1 PsychoSpiritual therapy face to face in London in my new office space.
You will find me just 2 minutes from Bank tube, and only a short walk from Moorgate and Liverpool Street.
I worked as a therapist is this area of London for 7 years before 2020, it feels good to be back.
I will have daytime and evening slots available every other week.

A balmy British afternoon, blessed to soak up some Autumn sunshine 🌞 in Tatton Park.
There’s a lovely link between the Egerton family house here, and the 18th century art world of Venice.
This time 8 years ago we were dining in Venice for mum’s birthday. Today we saw paintings of where we sat, from 200 years ago!

Loving this lush early autumn 🍂 fruit 🍇 laden time in town today.
The scorched earth of summer has been drenched, nourished and returned to abundant dewy green 🌳
I feel like I have quite a few things birthing actually, despite the retrograde planets and intense busyness of summer, new shoots 🍃 are sprouting, collabs are coming, invites are abundant.

“The difference that I felt within a week or so of that session was crazy. And, and it's not like with other therapy that I've had where you're kind of better for a time and then you start going back into habits.
It just went out of my brain and I couldn't even get in touch with some of the stuff.
It's just kind of gone!
And it has definitely stayed that way.
I actually can't even remember what we spoke about.
There’s been such a healing of the anger I used to feel towards my father, and processing it in a different way.”

This was my client today reflecting after her first family constellations session with me 8 weeks ago.

We worked on her father’s lineage, and brought in many representatives through 3 generational layers. It was quite complex in terms of the numbers of lines of dialogue we opened up between relatives.

I’m thrilled to hear how effective it’s been for her father wound healing.

Today we moved to her mother wound and what she had carried from her grandmother that was never truly hers.

The session today felt very Divine Mother held.

We began with an Internal Family System of conflicting, unintegrated parts in apparent opposition, before weaving with the energies and correcting the flow of life force through her grandmother towards her mother, and through her mother towards her. Following that through herself to her son and her creative life force for her future 🔥♥️🔥

I love this work and how noticeable the effects are for clients compared to other therapeutic approaches 🙏🏼

Family/ Systemic Constellations really turn the quantum cogs of life, money, relationships & health!!! 🥳

I notice this is my own life too.
I’ve had the most transformational 7 weeks of my life, following 1:1 constellations work I’ve been doing with my colleague Lucy.
