I won't suggest promises that are hard to keep about losing stones in how ever many weeks, or plant the seed that you'll be lean buff within six weeks. What I will do is offer you my knowledge and care on your fitness path that we'll both share. And with time and practice, commitment and fun your fitness will grow whilst having fun. We are all so different in shape and size. Donβt try to be that air brushed pic. Just do what you can and you'll soon be Fit.

Hello All
I hope you're all keeping safe ππ»
well it's been a long time this lockdown, I've never been out of classes this long ever!! I'm really missing all my fitness bunch. Keeping motivated has to be the hardest thing to do. Fortunately the weather has been fantastic so getting out there for walks is great, and doing all those out door jobs that keep us busy and moving around.
I've have been so inspired by the whole lockdown effort to do the things I otherwise didn't have much time for, like grouting the paving slabs in the garden, believe me that was a workout like no other, and I've now got skills in mixing cement π
Walking our dog and enjoying where I live. Stopping to look and be completely aware of how beautiful it is.
Keeping yourself in condition shouldn't be a chore. Don't make it impossible for yourself. Aim for 30 minutes a day. This way you'll be more likely to keep routine rather that think "I really can face an hour" it really is just a case of keeping it simple.
Put your favorite music on and have a good ole dance...you'll feel fabulous for it.
Ok this one is a real leg and butt workout. Walk up and down the stairs 3/4 times, yes it's gonna make you move, but you don't have to rush, just go steady.
This one is the workout without really trying, but it's very affective for those with weak will power π when you put the kettle on simply march on the spot until it's boiled, it's only a couple of minutes but if you do this each time you switch it on you'll rack up those minutes without realising π happy days.
Whatever you do just keep saying to yourself I can. Give yourself that boost and very soon you'll reap the benefits.
Keep busy physically and mentally β€οΈ
Take care All

Hello All
Its been a very tricky time for us all trying to keep ourselves motivated for exercising. Exercise is something you can pick and put down as and when, but for most of us its a part of our daily routine. A way of life. Keeping ourselves fitter and stronger enables us to do the things we want without struggle, so through these long weeks of restrictions its hard to know if what we're doing is going to keep us in our best condition.
Well let's not panic. With time on our hands a really good walk is great, get the heart pumping by quickening up, and legs moving a bit faster is fantastic for glutes and thighs. If you like something for indoors I've got a great selection of workouts including power yoga for you to follow along to. To find me on U tube, just type in Cornelia O'Leary or my email [email protected] into the search bar and that should come up with my channel, its open to public use so you can pass it on to your family and friends to use. Click on to the subscribe icon and you'll receive notifications when I've added another workout.
I'm sure you'll enjoy what's on my channel as there's something for everyone and every ability.
Take care and keep safe

Give these a try...easy Warrior postures pic1, pic2, pic3, then if you like, use pic1 and then pics 4,5 to make the postures a little harder. Work the same for left and right side. Great for loosening up the shoulders and waist π
Enjoy

Hello All
OK my yogi fitBodz Let's get those legs and hips to move and loosen up. If you have a foam roller at home use it to prop your lower back, if you haven't one then simply keep your back on the floor. These wonderful stretches will do wonders for you, so get your legs up and go for it. π

Hello All
I hope you're keep well ππ»
I made a short yoga sequence for you. A little something to keep you limber and re-energised. It only takes 11 minutes so it's just enough to time to stretch out and get the circulation moving. You can do this sequence twice a day or hold the stretches a little longer, just pause until you are ready to move on.
I'll post another sequence on Wednesday so you can save and use them as you need.
Take care

Hello All
This is what determination looks like. Its working to improve strength and range of movement. Practicing Power Yoga is life long journey, and the more you practice the more the body gives you. Becoming supple and strong without forcing or straining. It just happens, and before you know it you're achieving more and more with each passing month.
Never be put off. If you've never tried yoga find a class style you enjoy and stay with it, and you will soon start reaping its benefits.
Happy yoga hunting π
