This is a 1.9L Stainless Steel water bottle; I'll usually get through a couple of these a day. No dodgy toxins from plastic, really durable (I've dropped this thing so many times 😂), really easy to clean (suits my cleaning OCD!), AND environmentally friendly!!
It's NOT insulated though, so it doesn't keep cool like other products might, but pop it in a bag out of the sun and you'll be grand!
Whether you're in the office, playing sport, training, or even if you're just out and about, don't forget to stay hydrated for optimal body function, especially in this !

Hi All! Apologies for the lack of recent comms. My modelling career didn't go as planned and I'm back open for business in North Wales! Get in touch for advice and training!
I'm a bit behind the times in that, while I've always got my phone with me, it's not natural for me to document something pertaining to my sessions or on any given day.
As a result, no pictures or videos, but enjoyed a smashing morning with in !
Why? Because I can!

It's a strange situation; the majority of my friends are not hugely into or anything like that, so they often think that when I train, all I do are ab crunches and bicep curls. Slightly embarrassing. In response to the incessant, "What do you actually do in the gym?" question, here's my session from today (I'll look to detail my other sessions moving forward...)
1) Front Squat 5x5
2a) Bulgarian Split Squat 4x6
2b) BW Walking Lunges 4 x 20 (10 Each side)
3a) Barbell Hip Thrusts 4x5
3b) Farmers 4x40m
I'm personally benefiting from a couple good weeks of ; looking to push numbers higher before the year's out!
Finished this session with a of Barbell Hip Thrusts, which I've neglected this last year, and Farmers Walks (another name for a bi-lateral loaded carry).
These are an awesome , and tough to do correctly under fatigue. Make sure your scaps are set, avoid any hip flexion and try to walk in a straight line... Also, smiling like a *****ag is optional! 😂
I'm using the 40kgs here (problematically, they're the heaviest my current gym's got, but they're enough for me, right now! 😂)

This was the first part of a client's session last night; thought I'd better give it a go myself. It wasn't fun 😂
4 x 30:15 (90s recovery per set)
1) KB Squat to Press
2) DB Renegade Row
3) Vertical Jumps
4) Core (I used Hollow Body Hold)
15 minutes in total; I was blowing. Dreaded Renegades each time. Adjust your variables accordingly, don't compromise form, and have fun! 🤮
