Gym hours as normal and fingerprint access is for outside of our normal peak hours. You can be set up from today on to use this feature with our gym membership only £20 per month

We're loving having the Terex Cookstown employees in for a team bonding 6 week block now heading into week 5 , brilliant bunch of hard working lads, maximum effort and a laugh or two as well.

Could I ask all clients to bare with us this coming week as we will be getting some work done to our front room, the plan is to have the office removed to increase our space in the weights section of the gym with added equipment to further enhance our service and give clients and gym membership users more options. Back hall will operate as normal and all weights & machines will still be available for use.

Massive big well done to as she ends the year with a weightloss of 3.5 stone 😳 really thrilled with this as Stacy has a close connection with myself and even with a few injuries where we tailored her training programme she kept her head down and still was here for all sessions under the guidance of our coach .
Well done Stacy fully deserved after all the hard work and we are all very proud of you ❤️🥊
