Do me a wee favour. Just for a second. Imagine this:

You’ve been handed the perfect fat loss plan. Not a good one. Not a “this might work if the stars align” one.

The BEST.

It’s guaranteed to work.

No guesswork. No confusion.

All you have to do is follow it.

Training. Nutrition. Steps. Sleep.

Simple.

But there’s one catch.

It only works if you stick at it for 7 months.

Aye, I picked 7. It's my game, so my rules.

Now we're getting to the interesting bit.

What happened in your head there now? Because I can nearly hear it from here. 😂

“When would I even have 7 quiet months?”
