Two years ago, I started a prep in the hope of turning my life around. I was drinking myself broke and simply becoming someone I didnโt want to be. So I made the decision to lock in.
Fast forward two years, and life's looking very different. I bought a house and made it my home. I changed jobs. I put my head down, worked hard, and qualified as a personal trainer in the hope of building something that younger me would have needed and would be in complete awe of (some day๐ฅบ).
And so, here we are again. A completely different story. A completely different goal. Prep was no longer a need to escape my life, but to embrace it. To walk the walk. To put in the reps. To prove to myself whatโs possible and inspire others to keep going.
Because I didnโt come this far just to meet myself at my breaking point. I was made for more. And so are you ๐ซถ๐ผ.
