🚨 THE CALI LAB X BLUE LIGHT 🚨

Some people spend their working lives looking after everybody else. So once a month, we want to do something for YOU. 🫡

🚓 Police
🚑 NHS
🚒 Fire Service
🪖 Armed Forces
❤️ Carers
…and the other frontline workers who go above and beyond for our community.

The last Sunday of every month, 10AM–12PM, we’re opening The Cali Lab for a FREE calisthenics freestyle session.

No experience needed. No pressure.

Just a fun session learning calisthenics, building strength, working towards new skills and training with good people. 💪

💙 BLUE CARD HOLDERS & FRONTLINE WORKERS — YOUR SESSION IS FREE.

We’ll have a donation pot there for anybody who wants to contribute — but there is absolutely no obligation…

Every penny donated will go towards helping vulnerable children train FREE with Bar Monkeys. 🐒❤️

So while we give something back to the people looking after our community, together we can help give something back to the next generation too.

📅 Last Sunday of every month
⏰ 10AM–12PM
📍 Corby Town Centre
🎟️ 1 FREE CLASS PER MONTH

Book through the link on our website or message our social media directly. (It will be on as soon as the app updates, any issues drop us a message)

Prepared !! Staying ready !!

We have put a few young people in the community through this course. It’s good to know that if god forbid something happens to one of your family members, friends or a stranger you might be able to make a difference !!

We always try and keep the people involved in the gym and our sessions as up to date with training as possible !!

❤️ EVERY KID COVERED. THANK YOU. ❤️

A few people have messaged asking where our sponsorship post has gone…

We deleted it because you did it. Every child on our list has been covered. 🥹🐒

Thanks to people reaching out through social media and our already-growing Cali Lab family chipping in, we now have:

❤️ 2 children covered for 6 months
❤️ 1 child covered for a FULL YEAR
❤️ 4 x 1 month’s memberships ready for the next child who genuinely needs our help

And that’s where we’re stopping for now.

We don’t want loads of donations sitting in a bank account. We aren’t covering ghosts. These are real kids, with real circumstances, who have come to our attention because they genuinely need a little help.

When there’s a child who needs us, we’ll ask. When they’re covered, we stop asking.

We’re not here begging for money. We’re building a community that steps up when it’s actually needed — and this week, you stepped up BIG TIME.

As more children come through our doors and more situations come to our attention, we’ll reach out again. Until then, keep your money. 😂❤️

To every person and business who offered to help, shared the post, sent us a message or sponsored a child…

Thank you. Seriously.

This is exactly what we want The Cali Lab and Bar Monkeys to become.

A community looking after its own. 🦍🐒❤️
