To the stepmums, angel mums, grandmothers, foster mums, fur baby mums, and adoptive mums who love fiercely.

To the single mums doing the work of many.To the mums-to-be preparing for the greatest marathon of all.

To the mums who train not just for themselves, but to set an example for the little eyes watching.

Strength isn’t just measured in reps and sets. It’s measured in patience, resilience, love, and the courage to keep going.

Today is National Bubble Wrap Appreciation Day and honestly, it’s a perfect fitness metaphor. 🫧💥

Every bubble is a little pocket of pressure. Ignore it and it just sits there. Face it and POP… release, progress, relief.

At Brave Fitness, we see it every day.
Self-doubt. Fear of starting.
