We were so lucky to have Miss René in class today showing us how to bring energy and sass to our dances!

One thing we all really love about teaching is getting to introduce our students to music from different generations. We love choreographing to current songs because they’re exciting and the kids know them. But we also believe there’s so much value in using older classics too💜

Exposing young dancers to different styles of music helps develop their musicality, versatility and performance skills. It also gives them a much wider appreciation of music and dance, so this is why we use classic music with our choreo as well as using modern music.

If your child would like to join us in learning some jazzy dances to some Copacabana hits, as well as some funky modern to music from today’s world, please DM us for a trial✨🧑🏻‍🩰
