We are a dance and performing arts school based in Coulsdon Surrey. We provide classes for children from age 3+ in Ballet, Tap, Modern and musical theatre.

The journey of a dance teacher has many twists and turns. Music, laughter, choreo and fun. I have had the privilege of watching so many children progress through dance. From not wanting to leave mum to running into class so excited to be there. I have watched tears and nerves and self doubt transform into confidence and self assurance. All my pupils will always hold a special space in my heart and our journey together through dance 🩷

As a dance teacher who hasn’t done any pointe for over 20 years I can honestly say that this trend was painful! The sheer athleticism required for Ballet is astounding.

One thing we all really love about teaching is getting to introduce our students to music from different generations. We love choreographing to current songs because they’re exciting and the kids know them. But we also believe there’s so much value in using older classics too💜

Exposing young dancers to different styles of music helps develop their musicality, versatility and performance skills. It also gives them a much wider appreciation of music and dance, so this is why we use classic music with our choreo as well as using modern music.
