⚠️ Week 2 of the Lift & Run Build starts now!
*Building strength.
*Building endurance.
*Chasing performance in both.
Too many people think you have to choose between being strong and being fit.
You don't.
It's all about managing the balance and knowing when to push one quality harder than the other.
Today's session is all about the legs.
SAVE this workout, give it a try, and drop me a message to let me know how you got on.

Huge shoutout to this trainee 👏
He started with absolutely zero gym experience and one goal: to build a physique he could genuinely feel proud of.
Since starting, he’s dropped 5kg of body fat while building noticeable upper body muscle and confidence along the way.
The best part?
This is only the beginning.
What’s made the difference:
✅️ Dialling in nutrition
✅️ Committing to 4 training sessions every week
✅️ Adding extra cardio consistently
✅️ Staying patient and showing up
The progress speaks for itself, and I couldn’t be more proud of the work he’s putting in 💥
If you’re ready to start your own transformation journey, comment REBUILD below and let’s get you started.

Lifting Seminar!
As the Ultra Running takes a back seat the focus shifts to lifting again.
And given my level of recovery (which is s**te) hitting 80kg Sn**ch and a solid 115kg Clean & Jerk is awesome.
Thanks to and for hosting.
Time to eat and pack in some size for some upcoming comps 🤘

As men get older, it becomes very easy to drift.
*Busy schedules.
*More responsibility.
*More pressure.
*Less time for yourself.
But your health, your mindset, and the way you carry yourself still matter.
Not just for you — for your partner, your children, and the standard you set every single day.
You do not need perfection.
You need discipline, consistency, and the willingness to keep showing up when life gets hard.
That’s where real confidence comes from.
Comment 'rebuild' and take control today my man.

This weekend at the Back Yard Ultra I was genuinely reminded what it’s all about.
The lack of ego, the friendship, the camaraderie, and the way everyone supported each other was simply incredible.
From the community at to the people at , to — everyone came together as one team. There were hugs, tears, fist bumps and there were moments I’ll never forget.
Special thanks to and Jodi, lovely and ofcourse Keith, James and Sandra for all the help and support throughout the event and training xx
What an incredible group of people to share such an incredible experience with.
Bring on 2027 — we go again.
