Coventry Citizens Advice is launching a new Digital Access Hub, providing digital support to the people of Coventry. With volunteer assistance and adviser-led sessions, the project aims to boost digital skills, tackle device poverty, and increase confidence amongst tech-shy individuals giving them skills and experience for 2026 and beyond.

The Digital Hub is open every day at the Citizens Advice city centre office, Coventry Citizens Advice, Kirby House, 15 Little Park Street, Coventry. CV1 2JZ is Monday – Friday 09:30 – 15:00, with a break between 12:00 and 13:00 for lunch. There’s no need to book, just turn up.

Universal Credit is gradually replacing benefits like Income Support which will end in April 2026.
